The wellbeing of our Macadamia residents as well as the broader community is very important to us and is one of the cornerstones on which our Villages are built.

This is why every Macadamia Village features 24-hour care by registered nurses and trained caregivers, and a well-equipped and modern Frail Care Centre, set in attractive surroundings within the village complexes. These care centres cater for residents and members of the general public who are physically or mentally frail and need full time nursing care.

While preferential access is given to our Village homeowners, fee-paying public access allows the Macadamia Care Centres to be self-sustainable and helps to provide an affordable service for all residents should they ever need full time care and support.

Our Care Centres also offer compassionate memory support services for people living with Alzheimer’s and related illnesses. Here we help residents maintain a daily routine so they can feel more independent and enjoy a higher quality of life.

If in need, all Macadamia residents are guaranteed access to frail care services at the prescribed rate. As a member of a Macadamia Village community, you'll always have a place to live and the care you need no matter what life brings.
