Introduction
Macadamia Village White River in Mpumalanga Province was developed on six hectares of land – the first of the Macadamia Villages to be developed.

  • Situated amongst the evergreen macadamia nut trees (from whence the name originated).
  • 101 freestanding 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units for independent living selling freehold, ensuring a very safe investment.
  • A Community Centre.
  • 42 apartments for assisted living selling sectional title.
  • Macadamia Frail Care Centre with rooms for the more frail.
  • Shopping facilities, such as a butchery, superette, etc. are only about one kilometre away.
  • The Village is totally secure as it is enclosed by a security wall and electrical fence with a guardhouse at the main and second entrances. An intercom system connects the entrance to each unit to enable the owners to allow their visitors access by telephone. 24-hour guards ensure maximum security in the Village.
  • The Village has its own character:
Built with semi face brick, wooden window frames and environmentally friendly green concrete roofs.
All streets and walkways in the village are paved.
Manageable-sized gardens are not enclosed, creating a park-like environment.
A set of House Rules ensures a good standard of living.
Macadamia Frail Care
